Having gone through crap printer after crap printer I was really desiring a decent working printer. What I got was so much more! Since in my house we have a desktop PC and a Mac laptop I needed something that was compatible with both that we could use on wi-fi. The touch screen is so nice and very easy to use/navigate. I've never had a printer with a flat scanner before and I can't tell you how useful it has turned out to be! If something (god forbid) should ever happen to this printer I will definitely replace it with the same model or at the very least another Lexmark!
I haven't gone through the print cartridge yet so I don't know its life yet but the printer DID come with one cartridge set (to my pleasant surprise)! Each color is seperate so you don't have to waste money on buying a color you rarely use, just buy the color(s) you use the most!

After much research, I settled on the printer. Have not been disappointed, as this printer does what Lexmark says it will do. Printed pages are crisp and look great. My only complaint is the set up for scanning and emaing directly to the computer. Hit a few snags in set up, but other than that, great printer

A lousy printer, very poor quality, hard to set up, and unless we do a complete new set up every day, none of our computers will recognize it. If we turn off a computer, the next time it is turned on, it can not find this printer.
The scanner offers exceptionally low quality results. Our 10-year-old HP scanner delivers far superior scans.
My wife posted on her Facebook page our troubles with this machine and amazingly has been overwhelmed by the sheer number of people who have shared similar results. We wish we had been aware of those experiences before we wasted our money on this dust collector.
Be forewarned and DO NOT waste your money on this printer.

it works fine. note: when registering it will ask you when you bought it, dont put when you ordered it online. put the day you're registering it because thats when the warranty begins and ends in three years. wifi is easy to set up the usb lets you print stuff from the thumb drive. its pretty cool.

Very sleek and relatively easy to use printer. Wifi hooks up like a charm! The only negative thing I can think of would be the fact that the touch screen can get smudged up with finger prints but it's a touch screen and it is to be expected. The printer also came with a free printer cable which is nice because not everyone will have the advantage of wifi.
