90% of the time I want this printer to work it does. But Everyonce in a while I must turn it and my entire computer to reset it and to get it to work again. Also, I trouble getting the wireless to work, which may have been me or maybe the product lacks a little in userability as I am a fairly competent computer user. On the other hand I paid $55 for this thing so I should and did not expect a lot. So decent for the price, only get if you are a causual user.

I bought this printer because of all the good review it had. It has caused nothing but trouble for me. It takes me 30 minutes to just print one piece of paper. The wireless is pointless, I thought it would help save space but this printer is HUGE. I've never had luck with any Lexmark printers, the last one wouldn't print straight. I'm about to take a baseball bat to this printer because of all the frustration it has caused me. I will never buy Lexmark again!

I'm a light to average printer. Five months after buying this printer, I need new black and color ink. To get new cartridges, it costs between $40-$45. So since I'm looking at replacing these twice a year, I am going back to my old, crappy (but refillable) HP printer.
I really feel that Lexmark is unethical. Somehow it cuts off your ink supply before it even completely runs out. Then it shutsdown until you order a new cartridge through Lexmark. It will not allow refills or over the counter brands. Lexmark is the scum of the earth, which is a shame because the printer actually works, but I won't be held hostage.

I bought this printer from amazon in Jan 2010 and do not use it much as I am a college student and have free printers in the library and bought this for emergency use at home. It started giving me paper jam just one and a half months after purchasing and now I am getting ink cartridge over symbol on my computer although if I check on the printer it shows that black and color have 59% and 69% ink left respectively. I again would like to underline that I have not used it much. I called customer service and they took my name and number and ten while they were helping me solve the problem, the connection was cut. Even the new cartridges are too expensive.
I will not recommend this printer to anyone.
